MY PASSION
Some individuals have an internal motivator that fuels them to do something great; we call this passion. We can use this passion to create an incredible impact, or we can sit and do nothing. Although I'm a ministry practitioner who enjoys teaching topics on leadership, one of my passions in life is to help individuals understand the culture around them and find ways to engage it with cultural intelligence.

In partnership with other Garfield and Mimi Harvey led companies, HarveyRoc Co. distributes their resources and develops the customized curriculum used in training. Our training includes assessments and we facilitate a customized solution to meet your organizational, leadership and cultural challenges. We are also available for coaching and on-site workshops,
Family Life Assembly
I serve as the Associate Pastor in a capacity that allows me to oversee the Worship and Creative Arts as well as the church's local and world mission.Praize Keyz is my nonprofit organization that trains and mobilizes music ministry leaders to impact their organizations. We provide global leadership training through several learning platforms and envision the mobilization of thousands of leaders over the next four years. Each week I lead a diverse worship service for our multigenerational/multiethnic congregation. I also oversee the local and world mission’s department of the church. This includes researching potential regions and missionaries to support.

The program focuses on equipping Christian leaders in faith-based nonprofit organizations and churches to confidently, constructively, and effectively carry out the mission of the gospel of Jesus Christ in an increasingly interconnected world.
